Young Girl and 4 Children Struck by Car on Artsakh Boulevard
On November 18, a pedestrian incident occurred in Yerevan. At around 08:50, Tigran Geghamyan, a 40-year-old resident of Kharberd, struck 5 pedestrians with his KIA vehicle with license plate 808 NN 81 on Artsakh Boulevard. This was reported by shamshyan.com.
The first to assist the victims was Arman Khachatryan, the deputy head of the emergency situations department of Yerevan, who was passing by on his way to work. He transported the injured young girl and 4 children to the 'Erebuni' medical center in his vehicle.
The driver did not flee the scene and voluntarily reported to the Erebuni police station. The police are working to ascertain the full details of the driver and the injured pedestrians. According to reports, the driver, T. Geghamyan, works at the 'Vega' chain of stores.
