Driver of Opel Dies Suddenly at the Wheel, Collides with Another Vehicle in Yerevan
A driver of an Opel has died suddenly at the wheel and collided with another vehicle in Yerevan. According to Auroranews.am, the incident occurred today, November 18, around 3:00 PM, in the tunnel connecting Khanjyan Street to Agatangeghos.
Preliminary information suggests that the driver of the Opel died suddenly while driving, which led to the collision with a Nissan. The female driver of the Nissan was unharmed, while the Opel driver has succumbed to his injuries.
Investigative materials are being prepared regarding the incident. Initial reports indicate that the driver of the Opel was 61-year-old Robert Gevorgyan, a resident of Yerevan. The police and investigators found his driving license and vehicle registration documents inside the car. Authorities are working to clarify the identities of the deceased and the female driver of the Nissan.
