«Hraparak». The Government is Doing Everything to Avoid Being Left Alone and to Secure LHK's Vote

«Hraparak» newspaper reports. The discussion of the 2020 budget approached its deadline in a sparsely attended hall yesterday. It is noteworthy that even the ruling party's members of parliament showed little interest in the budget presented by the government.

The parliament is set to vote on the draft next week. While the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) announced in recent days that it would vote against, 'Enlightened Armenia' (LHK) is still keeping the intrigue. Yesterday, Edmond Marukyan told us that the faction would make a decision only after it is known whether the government accepts their proposals or not.

There are reports that the government is doing everything it can to avoid being left alone and to secure LHK's vote, so as not to create the impression that the revolutionaries have faced a fiasco and, contrary to their promises, did not present a revolutionary budget.
