‘Fact’. Why is Arsen Torosyan Targeting Arthur Vanetsyan

‘Fact’ newspaper writes: The technical misunderstanding regarding the appointment of the head coach of the Armenian national football team was a good opportunity for Health Minister Arsen Torosyan to launch a demonstrative and public attack against the former Director of the National Security Service, Arthur Vanetsyan, who is also the president of the Football Federation of Armenia.

The minister was not satisfied with Facebook assaults and continued the attack on H1 channel, accusing Vanetsyan of offenses almost out of thin air. As for the reasons behind the Health Minister's unusual activity, our sources are providing interesting details.

It turns out that Torosyan has his own issues in this organized assault against Vanetsyan by the authorities. In particular, according to the same sources, it appears that Arsen Torosyan has not forgiven Arthur Vanetsyan for exposing one of the highest-level corruption mechanisms in the new Armenia, which was directly within the entity led by Torosyan. As a result, the deputy minister was arrested right in his office.

It is natural that Torosyan has not forgotten this ‘audacity’ and is now trying to use the opportunity. Furthermore, according to information, the Ministry of Health has been constantly under the surveillance of the NSS since that incident.
