“Are criminal authorities the obstacles to our country’s progress?” This was MP Gevorg Petrosyan’s first question to the Minister of Justice when the latter presented the draft law on criminalizing affiliation with organized crime in the National Assembly.

According to Petrosyan, he does not see the definitions in the draft that determine whether a person is a criminal authority or not.
