Armenian Citizen Arrested for Smoking on Airplane
An Armenian citizen has been arrested at Kaliningrad's "Khrabrovo" airport after arriving on a flight from Moscow. According to Rusarminfo, the reason for the arrest was smoking onboard.
"The Armenian citizen was using an electronic cigarette," Russian media outlets report. Kaliningrad media further state that the arrested individual is a resident of Sochi. He has been taken to the duty unit, and an administrative report has been filed.
