The Minister Can't Remember Four Lines: Gevorg Petrosyan

The member of the National Assembly from the Prosperous Armenia faction, Gevorg Petrosyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "With two million seven hundred thousand drams, the same number of students could have their annual tuition paid as those who were causing chaos in the metro. Not to mention what the ministry could have done with twenty million drams... So what if the person occupying the ministerial position can't remember four lines... Where is the State Audit Office, why is it not responding to such reckless waste of the state budget? Oh, I apologize, I forgot that for some who walked in the new Armenia, everything is possible..."
