Notification from the Special Investigation Service Has Not Been Received by Balasanyan's Office
Vitaly Balasanyan, former secretary of the National Security Council of Artsakh and a major general, has not received any notification from the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia. This information was provided to NEWS.am by Balasanyan's office.
It should be noted that, according to media reports, the Special Investigation Service has decided to summon Balasanyan for questioning.
“At this moment, Vitaly Balasanyan is in a good mood, conversing with guests in his office. No notification has been received from the Special Investigation Service,” an office employee stated.
It is recalled that Balasanyan had been invited to the Special Investigation Service for questioning twice, but did not appear the first time, leading to a second summons. He provided his testimony in written form. He was summoned as a witness in connection with the separated part of the March 1 case.
