Manvel Grigoryan's Request to Change Pretrial Restraint Denied

The request by the defense to change the pretrial restraint of former head of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union Manvel Grigoryan was denied. The defense had put forward this request, indicating that Manvel Grigoryan's life is in danger.

The defense team had approached the court with a motion to change Grigoryan's pretrial detention to a bail requirement.

It is noteworthy that although medical examinations had shown that Grigoryan's health condition did not impede his presence at court hearings, he was again absent from today's court session as doctors had not permitted him to attend.
