VIDEO: Clarify Those Questions with Araik Harutyunyan, Says Sinanyan

The Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs in the Prime Minister's Office, Zareh Sinanyan, presented the budget in the National Assembly today. He noted that issues related to education and culture in the Diaspora fall under the authority of the respective ministry, but this does not mean they will refrain from addressing these issues.

Sinanyan stated, "This does not mean that when we go to the Diaspora and people say they have problems with education, we tell them to stop and clarify those questions with Araik Harutyunyan, right? We are the body that coordinates all issues with the Diaspora; we play a significant role even in culture, education, and political management. If things go well, we will be praised; if not, we will be blamed, and we are already being blamed."
