Ashotyan: Sadly, a High-Class Diplomat Has Turned into an Ordinary ‘Velvet’ Propagandist in 1.5 Years

I watched the BBC report and sadly note how a high-class diplomat has turned into an ordinary ‘velvet’ propagandist over the past 1.5 years. This was stated by the Vice President of the Republican Party of Armenia, Armen Ashotyan, on his Facebook page.

“I am confident that, regardless of political views, many of us expected a stronger speech, especially regarding Artsakh. Unfortunately, during this period, the Foreign Minister has been more occupied with the junta's PR issues than with his immediate duties that serve the interests of the two Armenian states,” Ashotyan wrote.
