It is a struggle not to compromise with one's own conscience: Hrayr Tovmasyan on the situation around him (video)

There is no crisis in the Constitutional Court, and I believe that these events are conditioned by the fact that the CC has made several decisions for which public authorities had different expectations. This was stated by the President of the CC, Hrayr Tovmasyan, during the 'Pressing' program on 168.TV.

He noted that he could only be arrested with the consent of the Constitutional Court.
