Karen Vrtanesyan, the coordinator of the specialized site Razm.info and a military affairs expert, wrote on his Facebook page: ""Hetq" reports that by secret order of Nikol, the salaries of ministers and deputy ministers have been doubled. They sent an inquiry to the government and received a response: 'The issue you raised has been carried out through a secret procedure, and therefore such information is not subject to publication' and 'Wait, you will know from the declarations next year.' So, when they said 'power should be transparent', is this what they meant?"
