Collision between Range Rover and Nissan Pathfinder in Shurnukh village results in passenger hospitalization

On October 18, at 3:14 PM, the 911 service was notified about a traffic accident near Shurnukh village in the Syunik region, stating that there was an injured person and rescue assistance was needed.

A firefighting and rescue team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that on the 32nd kilometer of the Goris-Kapan section of the M-2 highway, vehicles of brand 'Range Rover' (driver: Vardan S.) and 'Nissan Pathfinder' (driver: Narek A.) collided.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, a passenger of the 'Nissan Pathfinder', Narine J. (born in 1968), was hospitalized at Goris Medical Center, where doctors assessed her health condition as satisfactory.

The rescuers disabled the vehicles and closed the gas cylinder valves.
