«The Situation in Qamishli is Calm at the Moment»: Mkhtiar Hayrapetyan
Member of Parliament Mkhtiar Hayrapetyan wrote on his Facebook page: “I spoke with several representatives of the Armenian community in Qamishli. Unlike the previous two days, the situation in the city is calm at the moment. The streets and markets are open, but schools remain closed for security reasons. I would like to remind that about 3,000 Armenians live in Qamishli.”
