«Zhamanak». Arthur Vanetsyan Behind the Frustration of the Metro Abuse Case

«Zhamanak» newspaper reports that months ago, following our publication regarding abuses in Yerevan's metro, the National Security Service (NSS) commenced extensive inspections in the metro system.

The focus was on significant abuses, leading to arrests and interrogations; however, months have passed without any updates or revelations regarding the conducted abuses. Instead, the director of the metro, Paylak Yaloyan, was skillfully 'sacrificed' to allow the public and the Prime Minister to momentarily forget about this hub of abuses.

According to our sources, former NSS director Arthur Vanetsyan is also behind the frustration of the metro abuse case. The threads of the criminal case were directly leading to former MP and murdered Karo Karapetyan’s relative, David Grigoryan, as well as former Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan.

It is not excluded that these delays are being used to conceal the fate of a large loan obtained earlier, which we will address in the near future. For more details, refer to the newspaper's current issue.
