Has Haik Marutyan Mediated for the Appointment of Acting Police Chief?

'Hraparak' newspaper writes: 'Yesterday, Nikol Pashinyan appointed the temporary heads of the NSS and the police. Both appointments seem not to be coincidental, as acting police chief Arman Sargsyan is a friend of Mayor Haik Marutyan, and there are reports that Marutyan himself mediated for this position. Meanwhile, the acting head of the NSS, Eduard Martirosyan, is a friend of former NSS head Arthur Vanetsyan, who appointed him as deputy head of the NSS last October.
