Lawsuit Filed Against Ararat Mirzoyan
The newspaper "Jhoghovurd" has learned that on September 13, Spartak Arakelyan approached the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, demanding that the court compel the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, and the head of the National Assembly staff, Tigran Galstyan, to annul the decision of the National Assembly leadership along with the staffing table created under it, from which he has been excluded.
"To put it simply, Spartak Arakelyan has been left out of the newly formed staffing table and is now attempting to return to his job and restore his rights through the court," the newspaper reports.
Meanwhile, the same publication previously mentioned that on September 5, Nelson Stepanyan also filed a lawsuit against the National Assembly staff. Stepanyan demands that the court obligate the National Assembly staff to complete the final settlement in the manner and extent prescribed by law.
