Arsen Torosyan Reflects on a Year Since the 'Historic' Day
Arsen Torosyan, the Minister of Health of Armenia, posted a picture on his Facebook page and made a statement.
The statement reads:
"I couldn’t believe that already a year has passed since this ‘historic’ day. After resolving the issues with the ambulances, we are moving on to address the helicopter evacuation matters. I hope it works out."
