New and Interesting Facts About Aram Harutyunyan's Activities
According to the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, interesting facts related to the activities of the former Minister of Environment, Aram Harutyunyan, who is wanted, are emerging. Specifically, as a result of an investigation into a criminal case, it has been revealed that this well-known environmental minister granted water-use permits to various companies without conducting the necessary evaluations, meaning they were conducting illegal activities.
The issue concerns more than 200 fish farming enterprises. Generally, the volume of industrial fish production in the country amounts to about 17,000 tons, with approximately 14,000 tons produced in the Ararat Plain. According to operational data received from the regional administrations, there are over 165 fish farming enterprises operating in the sector, of which 136 are located in the Ararat Plain. For industrial fish farming in the republic, species of fish such as trout, barbel, and carp are primarily bred. In the industrial fish farms of the Ararat Plain, more than 500 kg of fish are produced per liter of water flow.
