The Constitutional Court Postpones the Hearing on Robert Kocharyan's Application
The Constitutional Court has postponed the hearing of the application by the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, which was scheduled for August 29.
This information has been obtained from the Constitutional Court's website:
“Considering the need for additional studies, the hearing on the case regarding the determination of the compliance of Article 35 and Part 2 of Article 135 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia with the Constitution based on Robert Kocharyan’s application has been scheduled to commence on September 3, 2019, at 11:00 AM,” states the procedural decision published on the court's website.
