This is an unprecedented decision: Daniel Ioannisyan
Daniel Ioannisyan posted on his Facebook page: For years, the European Union, as an entity that promotes and carries democratic values, supported the development of the quality of elections in Armenia and the implementation of observation missions. But now it is Armenia's turn to spread democracy, and the Armenian government has just decided to allocate funds for conducting an observation mission in Artsakh. This is an unprecedented decision. The Armenian government has previously always been in the role of a beggar for funding for democracy, and now it is a donor.
We are actively starting to work in Artsakh, and we will not only conduct an observation mission, media monitoring, and voter education, but we will also support the state bodies of Artsakh in conducting high-quality elections.
