Russian President Monitoring Ongoing Protests, Dmitry Peskov
Russian President Vladimir Putin is closely monitoring the ongoing protests in Moscow. According to RT, this was announced by the spokesperson for the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.
“The President is, of course, paying attention to what is happening... Numerous events occur every day in Russia that naturally deserve the President's attention,” he stated.
Peskov emphasized that the President is not required to express his opinion on every issue. The spokesperson also noted that both pre-announced actions and attempts to organize unrest have taken place in the capital.
