Weather Forecast: Air Temperature to Decrease by 8-10 Degrees with Rain and Thunderstorms Expected

In the coming five days, a high fire danger situation is expected in the valley and foothill regions. From August 2 to 6, brief rain and thunderstorms are predicted in various areas of the Republic.

The wind will be from the southwest at 3-8 m/s, with the possibility of wind intensification during thunderstorms up to 15-20 m/s.

Air temperatures during the day on August 2-3 are expected to decrease by 8-10 degrees in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh, while other regions will see a drop of 5-6 degrees.

In Yerevan, from August 3-6, dry weather is anticipated, with wind intensification of 18-20 m/s expected in the evening hours. Brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in certain parts of the city on the evening of August 2.
