Two More Garbage Trucks Arrive in Yerevan, Says Spokesperson

Two more garbage trucks acquired by the Yerevan municipality have arrived. The spokesperson for the Yerevan Mayor, Hakob Karapetyan, announced this on his Facebook page.

He particularly noted, “They will start operating within the week. We expect the rest to arrive in the coming weeks. Today, the first batch of garbage bins, around 400 units, will also arrive. The trash issue will gradually ease.

We again ask our fellow citizens to approach the situation created due to the inappropriate behavior of the waste collection operator with understanding and to be patient.”
