Search Conducted at Judge Who Released Kocharyan from Detention, Computer Seized

According to Politica.am, a search was conducted yesterday in the office of first-instance judge Davit Grigoryan, during which his computer was seized, and the office has since been sealed. The investigator from the Special Investigation Service justified the sealing of the room by claiming it is a crime scene. The nature of the alleged crime and whether a criminal case has been initiated remains unclear.

Judge Grigoryan, who had just returned from vacation, expressed surprise at the events unfolding regarding him. He and his lawyer have been barred from entering his own office.

Davit Grigoryan is the judge who decided to change Robert Kocharyan's detention measure based on the request of the current and former presidents of Artsakh. Following his decision, Prime Minister Pashinyan called for the blocking of all court doors and later issued threats to vet all judges.

As of now, the Special Investigation Service has neither confirmed nor denied the information.
