Nikol Pashinyan Appoints Head of Prisons Service
According to the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Artur Goyunyan has been appointed as the head of the Prisons Service. "Guided by Article 9, Part 7 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Artur Goyunyan is appointed as the head of the Prisons Service," the decision states.
