‘Zhoghovourd’: Serzh Sargsyan to Be ‘Summoned’ by Investigative Committee
‘Zhoghovourd’ newspaper reports that another closed-door session of the investigative committee examining the circumstances of the April War took place in the parliament yesterday.
According to our information, the sessions take place in a special designated room in the parliament, away from 'eavesdroppers'. Before the session begins, the mobile phones of all participating members are collected to avoid any leak of sensitive information.
However, ‘Zhoghovourd’ managed to learn some details from the closed session. Specifically, the committee has already sent a list of names to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia for individuals who are expected to appear at the National Assembly in the near future. Our sources indicate that the leader of the Republican Party, Serzh Sargsyan, is among the last names on the invitees list.
Additionally, it has been discussed that the list of invitees will also include representatives from Artsakh, in order to gather clearer and more comprehensive information.
