The Verdict in the Case of Sedrak Kocharyan Against Arthur Vanetsyan Has Been Published
The judge of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court, Aida Davtyan, announced the verdict in the case of Sedrak Kocharyan against Arthur Vanetsyan today, on July 10. The court has ruled to completely reject Sedrak Kocharyan's claims.
Arthur Vanetsyan's representative, Vahagn Grigoryan, informed NEWS.am that the reasoning behind the decision has not yet been sent to the parties. The verdict will be available on the official website of the judiciary tomorrow, July 11.
It is noteworthy that Sedrak Kocharyan, the son of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, demanded a public refutation from National Security Service Director Arthur Vanetsyan regarding defamatory information he had disseminated.
