Hrayer Tovmasyan and 6 Constitutional Court Members Unable to Participate in Kocharian and Khachaturov's Applications
On July 4, a request was submitted to the Constitutional Court on behalf of the heirs of the victims of March 1, Gorch Kloyan and Vachagan Farmanian, regarding the inability of Constitutional Court members Hrayer Tovmasyan, Alvina Gyulumyan, Arayik Tunyan, Grant Nazaryan, Felix Tokhyan, Ashot Khachatryan, and Arevik Petrosyan to participate in the hearings based on the applications of Robert Kocharian and Yuri Khachaturov.
