Details on the Murder of a ‘Thief-in-Law’ in Yerevan

Gunshots were heard in the 5th district of Nor-Nork, and according to information from shamshyan.com, a ‘thief-in-law’ was killed as a result of the shooting.

In an interview with ArmDaily.am, the head of the media relations, communication, and analysis department of the police, Zarsand Gabrielyan, stated that the incident occurred on July 2. He reported that at 23:10, a notification was received from the 'Saint Gregory the Illuminator' Medical Center indicating that a 1973-born male resident of the 5th district of Nor-Nork had been transported there with a possible gunshot wound. The dispatched team found that an unknown person had shot the man in the yard of building 17 of the 5th district, causing his death. Investigations are ongoing to clarify the circumstances. A forensic examination has been appointed, and a preliminary investigation is underway.
