41-Year-Old Woman Steals Money from Saleswoman's Bag at Arinj Mall
On June 30, an officer from the Kotayk Province Police Department reported to the Kotayk police that around 5:30 PM, while on duty in the territory of Arinj Mall, he noticed a woman attempting to hide money in the pocket of her clothing.
The police reported that officers determined the 41-year-old woman had stolen 200,000 drams from the bag of a saleswoman at one of the mall's stalls around 5:15 PM. At 6:15 PM, a report was filed by the victim.
The woman was taken to the Kotayk police station and provided an explanation. The stolen money was returned to the victim. An investigation is underway.
