New Changes to Obtaining Driver's License
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports that the Armenian government intends to make changes to the law on ensuring road traffic safety.
In particular, it is proposed that individuals applying for a driver's license undergo a medical certification. The government plans to make the organization of driving instruction a licensed activity. These so-called driving schools will need to obtain licenses.
