Major Traffic Accident in Armavir Region: Injuries Reported

On May 19, a significant traffic accident occurred in the Armavir region, according to Shamshyan.com. Around 3:10 PM, Garik Khachatryan, a 41-year-old resident of Armavir city, crashed his Opel Astra with license plate 35 QP 788 into a parked Nissan Fuga with license plate 35 MC 056, owned by 36-year-old Hovhannes Manukyan from Yerevan, while driving along the Yerevan-Armavir highway.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, as a result of the collision, the Nissan moved forward and struck its driver, a passenger, and a strawberry vendor in the vicinity. The injured individuals were transported to the Vagharsapat Medical Center. The police are working to identify those hospitalized.
