Tonoyan on the Situation at the Border
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Davit Tonoyan, spoke with reporters today during a festive event organized on the occasion of the Border Guards Day. Referring to the situation at the border, Tonoyan stated:
“The situation remains the same; there are shots being fired, but they are not targeted. The situation is stable.”
