The process of returning 40 immovable properties owned or leased by General Manvel Grigoryan, the former president of the Union of Territorial Defense Volunteers, to the community is set to take place in the Akhnaluk and Taronik communities of the Armavir region. This was reported to Tert.am by the Armavir regional administration.

It should be noted that Siranush Abrahamyan, the chief specialist of the legal department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development, announced that the process of returning 40 immovable properties belonging to or managed under lease by Manvel Grigoryan had begun, starting in the Armavir region.

In response to the question of what specific mechanism will be used for the return, the regional administration stated that inquiries regarding this matter should be directed to the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development and the heads of the respective communities.

In an interview with Tert.am, Akhnaluk community leader Gevorg Misakyan stated that they do not intend to file a lawsuit against Manvel Grigoryan, as he believes that they would lose if they did. Grigoryan is considered a legitimate acquirer, and additionally, the issue is that the lands were transferred from Akhnaluk years ago.
