Video: Attempted Theft from Office

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia is taking steps to identify the individual who allegedly attempted to commit theft from the office of a company.

According to the Investigative Committee, preliminary data indicates that on February 10, 2019, around 05:40, the person suspected of the crime forcibly opened the entrance door of the office located on Nalbandyan Street in Yerevan. However, due to circumstances beyond his control, the individual did not complete the crime and left without stealing anything.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Investigative Division of the Central and Norq-Marash administrative districts under Part 2, Item 3 of Article 34-177 of the RA Criminal Code.

During the preliminary investigation, video footage from the cameras installed in the office has been received and examined.

To ensure a comprehensive, objective, and thorough investigation of the criminal case, measures are being undertaken to identify the individual captured on video.

We ask the mentioned individual to present himself to the investigative authority, or anyone who recognizes him or has any information about his identity or whereabouts is requested to inform the Investigative Division of the Central and Norq-Marash administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee.
