The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports that the last Saturday of April will be celebrated as Citizen's Day. We asked MP Sergey Movsesyan from the 'My Step' faction what should be done by those citizens who did not participate in the revolution or were against it. He responded, 'Let them not celebrate, what happened?' He then amended his statement: 'They can also celebrate; I see no problem.'

For instance, how would an RPA member celebrate? 'I cannot imagine, but I can imagine how I will celebrate.' How will you celebrate? 'We will walk around the city with my friends, we will stroll, and if they organize any events, we will participate... Citizen's Day means it is a day for all citizens. It will be a day of raising legal awareness, just as citizens displayed high legal consciousness during the revolution. Therefore, everyone should celebrate.'

Movsesyan disagrees that they are premature in valuing the revolution. 'Simply, time and history will strengthen that.' Is it possible to rename the capital after the example of the Kazakhs? 'I don’t know, I can’t say.' So, could you make such a proposal? 'It is not excluded, nothing is excluded.'
