Video: Republican Members Wept with Handkerchiefs in the Corridors of PACE, Says Pashinyan

For the first time in the Third Republic, co-rapporteurs have come to Armenia, and based on the results of their visit, there are 0 claims against the government, 0 doubts about the intentions of the Armenian government, and 0 doubts about the vector of political changes occurring in Armenia. This statement was made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a session of the National Assembly.

He noted that just two days prior, the report from the co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) concerning their visit to Armenia was published.

“And these are things that nobody notices. I’m not saying this as a claim, but as a success. I want to emphasize that this is our biggest achievement,” said the Prime Minister.

He also drew attention to the fact that, according to him, since May 2018, the former parliamentary majority had been “crying with handkerchiefs in the corridors of PACE, saying, ‘Oh, we are being persecuted here, I don't know what they are doing.’”
