Video: Dispute Between Viktor Mnatsakanyan and Singer from 'Shokoladnitsa' Café

Today, the dismantling of cafés continued at Opera Square. Viktor Mnatsakanyan, the mayor of the Kentron community of Yerevan, was present at the site. While Mr. Mnatsakanyan was speaking with journalists, a citizen approached him, introducing himself as a singer from the 'Shokoladnitsa' café. The singer mentioned that he performs folk songs at the café, after which a dispute began between him and the Kentron community mayor.
