Anti-tank Mine Found in Stepanavan Courtyard, Ministry of Emergencies Reports
On March 8, at 14:10, a call was received by the "911" service reporting that an anti-tank mine was discovered in the backyard of a house on Hambardzumyan Street in Stepanavan, Lori Province. Emergency responders were requested for assistance.
A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched a unit to the scene.
It was determined that the discovered item was an РКГ-3ЕМ grenade, which was neutralized by the Ministry of Defense's engineering unit through controlled detonation.
Rescuers have cordoned off the area.
