Citizen Wanted for Rape in Russia Surrenders to Vagharshapat Police
As a result of explanatory work conducted by the criminal investigators of the Vagharshapat Police, a 27-year-old named Lyova B. surrendered to the Vagharshapat police station on February 21 at 11:05 AM. This was reported by the police press service.
He had been wanted since October 11, 2018, by the police department of the Trunovsky district in the Stavropol region of the Russian Federation on charges of rape under Article 131, Part 1 of the Russian Criminal Code.
