Pankin: It Is Challenging to Quickly Appoint a New CSTO Leader After Armenia's Recall
“The fact that we are unable to quickly appoint a new leader for the CSTO after Armenia's recall is a painful issue for the organization,” said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin in an interview with RIA Novosti.
He added that this situation will not affect the effectiveness and combat readiness of the CSTO.
