Son of the Owner of ‘7th Wonder’ Restaurant Complex Victimized in Assault
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan on February 3rd. At around 5:00 PM, the emergency response team of Yerevan’s 1-03 ambulance service alerted the Shengavit division of the police that a citizen had been transported to Nairi Medical Center with diagnoses of 'scalp laceration, closed craniocerebral injury, and concussion.'
Photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports that the operational team of the Shengavit division of the police arrived at the hospital and determined that the individual transported was 30-year-old Georgi Taroyan, a resident of Yerevan. The doctors informed the police that he was unable to provide an explanation regarding the incident.
The police found that he had been taken to the hospital from near the 'Renaissance' restaurant complex located on Shiraky Street in Shengavit district, where he had been assaulted by unknown individuals.
According to G. Shamshyan’s reports, G. Taroyan is the son of the owner of the ‘7th Wonder’ restaurant complex and was not alone at the time. The Shengavit division of the police is preparing materials concerning the incident, and authorities are taking necessary measures to clarify the circumstances surrounding the case.
