Over 52 Million Drams Restored to the State in Kotayk

In the Kotayk region, during the first half of 2026, the amount restored to the state and community through lawsuits for the protection of state and community interests was 3 million 798 thousand drams, according to the Prosecutor's Office.

Through criminal proceedings and the application of prosecutorial influence measures, the total amount restored to the state, community, and organizations with state and community participation reached 49 million drams.

In the first half of 2026, the Kotayk region's prosecutor's office forwarded 31 criminal cases to court with accusatory conclusions related to serious crimes, and 13 criminal cases concerning particularly serious crimes.

A total of 27 guilty verdicts on serious crimes and 3 guilty verdicts on particularly serious crimes have entered into legal force.
