Haypost Director Earns $10,000, Postal Worker Only 80,000 Drams: Khamoyan

Member of the ‘Armenia’ faction, Agnesa Khamoyan, has criticized the high salary of the Haypost director and the conditions within the company during a session of the National Assembly. Khamoyan addressed the reports about Haypost director Haik Konjoryan earning a monthly salary of $10,000.

She pointed out that out of 1,200 employees, postal workers receive only 80,000 drams, which is 45 times less than the salary of the director, who is incurring losses and engaging in credit activities.

She posed a question on whether Konjoryan has seen the working conditions within the company, emphasizing that after being handed over to state management, services have doubled in price.
