David Ghambaryan to Be Appointed as the Head of the National Assembly Staff: Ruben Rubinyan
The President of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, has announced that he has signed the relevant decree, and David Ghambaryan will be appointed as the head of the National Assembly staff.
According to Rubinyan, Ghambaryan previously held the position of chief of staff for the Yerevan Municipality, and has also served as the Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
