Work Begins on Implementation of Memoranda Signed on August 8
The intergovernmental task force established to implement the memoranda signed during the historic peace summit held in Washington, D.C. on August 8 held its inaugural meeting to discuss the work to be carried out under these agreements. The focus was on enhancing energy security, semiconductor supply chains, and defense developments, as well as on the safety of road infrastructure and borders in Armenia.
This was reported by the U.S. Embassy in Armenia, which stated that the United States is pleased to work with its valuable strategic partner, the Republic of Armenia, towards realizing President Trump’s vision of establishing peace and prosperity in the South Caucasus.
