Application Filed to Arrest Vardan Ghukasian's Son

During the preliminary investigation of a criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee, an application has been submitted to the court regarding the application of detention as a preventive measure against Spartak Ghukasian. This information has been reported to Lurer by the Investigative Committee.

Earlier, it was reported that a criminal case has been initiated against Spartak Ghukasian in the Shirak Regional Investigative Department under Article 297, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism) and Article 452, Part 3 of the Criminal Code (violence against an official or their close relatives with the intent to interfere in the legal official or political activities of the official).

It should be noted that Spartak Ghukasian was under house arrest.
