Ukraine to Start Daily Production of 800 Drones

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced in a press briefing that the country plans to begin the production of 500 to 800 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) daily and to supplement this with 250 new combat aircraft.

"The country aims to sign all major contracts by the end of the year and commence daily production of 500-800 unmanned aerial vehicles," noted the Ukrainian leader.

Zelensky highlighted the Swedish Gripen aircraft for their serviceability and technical compatibility and stated that Ukraine has reached an agreement with Sweden to organize local production of 150 new fully armed aircraft.
